Mr. Mahdi Belal Alabd Holds a Master’s degree in Commercial Law, is a licensed senior lawyer in the Syrian Arab Republic, and is duly licensed as a Legal Consultant with the Legal Affairs Department of the Government of Dubai.

Legal Consultant Mahdi Bilal Alabd has over eight years of distinguished legal experience, during which he has acquired extensive practical expertise across various branches of law, particularly commercial, civil, labor, real estate, personal status, and criminal law.

His professional experience includes handling a wide range of legal matters, most notably intellectual property and trademark cases, disputes involving banks and financial institutions, construction and contracting disputes, labor disputes, rental disputes between landlords and tenants, as well as family law matters including divorce, child custody, determination of alimony, and establishment of paternity.

Mr. Mahdi also specializes in execution proceedings of all types and levels, including related substantive disputes and execution objections, in addition to filing and handling grievances against decisions issued by execution judges.

He is highly skilled in managing legal negotiations and amicably resolving disputes with efficiency and professionalism prior to resorting to litigation. Furthermore, he possesses advanced expertise in drafting and preparing legal pleadings, memorandums, contracts, and settlement agreements across all legal levels.
